My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, with a strong focus on resilience, nervous system safety, and sustainable change..
My coaching is grounded in understanding how thought patterns form, repeat, and shift — and how the nervous system responds when we’re under pressure to fix ourselves or push through.
Rather than focusing on quick solutions, the work supports awareness first, then intentional change, and finally integration into daily life. This allows new responses to become steady and embodied, rather than effortful or short-lived.
I work in a coaching role, offering non-clinical, values-led support focused on insight, self-understanding, and forward movement. Coaching does not replace therapy or social work support. If at any point coaching is not the right fit, this is acknowledged and appropriate options are prioritised.
